London’s Hottest New Rooftop Brunch Launches

Summer is almost here and what better way to celebrate than sipping bottomless Prosecco and Bloody Mary’s while enjoying buttermilk chicken, Za’atar mushrooms, American pancakes and roasted Merguez sausage overlooking panoramic views of London’s spectacular skyline.

10 floors up and standing 125 feet high, Glasshouse on the Roof at NYX Hotel London Holborn has launched its Saturday ‘Bottomless Brunch’, available from Saturday 6th May.

Choose from a delectable selection of mains including the ‘Sweet Waffle’ with crispy buttermilk chicken, chipotle mayo, green slaw,Potato and Onion Hash’ with sticky pulled beef, poached hen egg and the ‘Roasted Merguez Sausage’ with sourdough bread, tomato, pepper, butterbean stew and garlic aioli. For a middle eastern twist try the ‘Za’atar mushrooms on Toast’ with sourdough bread, chickpea puree and herb oil, bursting with flavours.

For the sweet tooth, Glasshouse has introduced a range of desserts to enjoy including an indulgent ‘French Brioche Toast’ with figs, fresh berries and rich Chantilly cream, Mango Yoghurt’ served with toasted hazelnuts and poppy seeds and the ‘’Coconut Milk Yoghurt’ with fresh berries, pomegranate syrup, moringa powder and seeded granola. And no brunch menu would be complete without ‘American Pancakes’ with glazed BBQ’d banana, clotted cream, salted caramel sauce. Our mouths are watering already!

All food is accompanied by a choice of either bottomless fizzy, Mionetto Prosecco, a delicious Bloody Mary or a fruity Pornstar Martini for 90 minutes.

As the name suggests, Glasshouse features panoramic views made possible by the surrounding glass walls. The retractable roof is a piece de resistance, allowing brunch lovers to soak up the summer sun amidst a soundtrack of laidback electronica beats. What bliss!

2 course bottomless brunch is £45 pp and available every Saturday from 6th May. It must be booked in advance.
