Spring has sprung, and it’s time to celebrate the long Easter weekend in style at the five-star Grande Dame hotel, The Landmark London.

From a classic Sunday lunch, to a specially-designed Easter High Tea, guests also have the option to marry together the weekend with an Easter family staycation.

Easter High Palms High Tea at The Winter Garden 

Available between 3rd and 17th of April 2023, The Landmark London’s signature High Tea experience is getting an Easter-themed makeover. From just £78.00 per person including a glass of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne, or £88.00 to upgrade to the Champagne Rosé, guests will sit under the hotel’s famous towering palm trees and enjoy a set of savoury and sweet treats prepared by the talented chefs. 

The Easter High Palms High Tea includes a selection of sandwiches, from fresh Lapsang souchong smoked Scottish salmon – a black tea-infused salmon with a smoky finish – to organic egg mayonnaise with black truffle and chives, as well as a lightly-spiced coronation chicken on walnut bread

Next up are the famed warm, freshly baked raisin and apple scones with Cornish clotted cream. Alongside is a range of delicious accompanying preserves and jams, including London marmalade and raspberry deluxe.

To finish is a selection of traditional desserts, baked expertly in-house by Head Pastry Chef, Mauro Di Lieto. Indulgent treats include rhubarb and ginger Bakewell tart with honey cream, and carrot and walnut cake with passion fruit and mascarpone icing.

The Landmark London’s Easter High Palms High Tea is available to book from 3rd to 17th April, priced at £78.00 per person including a glass of Champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée. Guests instead can enjoy Champagne Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé for £88.00 per person.

Easter Lunch at Great Central Pub by Matt Fletcher 

The Landmark London’s new, traditional, British gastropub is serving up its first ever Sunday lunch in celebration of Easter weekend. Lovingly prepared by Chef de Cuisine Matt Fletcher, the menu includes a range of small plates, pub classics, sides and desserts, offering up a family-style meal for all to enjoy. 

To start, guests can feast on small plate classics with a modern twist, including grilled chicken skewers complemented with a tasty peanut sauce, or a classic prawn cocktail topped with Marie Rose dressing and freshly baked house bread. 

Timeless pub classics include: 

·         Roast beef with all the trimmings including, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, crispy roasted potatoes and rich gravy

·         Pan roasted salmon fillet with sundried tomato risotto and a punchy salsa verde

·         Ceasar Salad with grilled chicken breast, roasted salmon or garlic prawns, topped with crunchy croutons 

No pub meal is complete without a sweet treat, and visitors can choose from decadent options including a chocolate nut sundaeand lemon brûlée tart.

The Landmark London’s Easter Sunday Lunch at Great Central Pub by Matt Fletcher is available to book for 9th April 2023 from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
