If you’re looking to spruce up your bank holiday weekend plans or try out a fun dinner party drink recipe, professional chef Rachel Khoo has created the perfect ‘margarita’ made with mangoes and manuka honey. 


Rachel Khoo’s Frozen Honey Mangoritas 

Prep Time: 10 minutes 

Cook Time: 30minutes 

Servings: 

Ingredients 

Frozen Lime Honey Cubes 

For the Mangorita  

For the Rim 

Method: 

1.       Stir together lime juice, water, and honey, then pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for 5 hours.  

2.       When ready to make the drinks, blend half of the lime honey cubes, frozen mango, and tequila (if using) until smooth.  

3.       Mix 1 tbsp lime juice and 2 tbsp honey on a plate. Place flaky salt on another plate. Dip glass rims in the lime honey mixture, then in the salt.  

4.       Pour the frozen mangorita into the glasses and serve.
