The food menu is complemented with an extensive drinks list, including cocktails, warming sake, and a varied list of delicate Japanese teas.

Set over two spacious and beautifully designed floors with a large external terrace, the new 220 cover restaurant is perfectly located on the corner of Wood Street and Clarence Street in the historic Bentall Centre. The space boasts an abundance of natural light and creates an atmosphere that is as sophisticated and welcoming as the service, embodying the renowned Japanese concept of ‘Omotenashi’ – to wholeheartedly look after each and every guest.
Capturing that signature balance between Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian elegance, the new restaurant boasts two distinct colour concepts which meet at the staircase. The ground floor uses more dynamic materials and colour choices which complement the curved facade and draw attention from the outside through the large windows. The installation of a modern Kimono interpretation will hang on one of the walls, echoing the intricacy of the dishes which will be served. The focal point of the ground floor is the central open kitchen – the culinary stage where craftsmanship and quality ingredients are the stars, allowing guests to directly witness the incredible skills of the brilliant sushi-masters.The first floor features warm, earthy tones and natural materials, with an ambiance that focuses on intimate and sophisticated dining.
The Kingston design has been curated in collaboration with longstanding partners Diener & Diener, who have a deep, mutual understanding of Sticks’n’Sushi’s DNA, having worked with the restaurant group for nearly 30 years. Each restaurant is carefully and uniquely designed, taking inspiration from the surrounding neighbourhood and its heritage, whilst being unmistakably a Sticks’n’Sushi restaurant.
A private dining room, naturally sectioned off from the spacious main restaurant, provides an intimate setting for guests to enjoy gatherings, celebrations and business meetings, ensuring every occasion is elevated to an unforgettable dining experience.
The new restaurant will be open for dining seven days a week. Collection will be available from opening and delivery of takeaway will also be available from 16th October for those who wish to enjoy the Sticks’n’Sushi experience at home.
