This Christmas, the team behind award winning bars Discount Suit Company, The Umbrella Workshop and The Sun Tavern, are celebrating with two bespoke cocktails that are guaranteed to spice up this year’s festive season.
The first is their Terry’s Chocolate Orange Negroni, an indulgent mix of Orange Peel & Chocolate Orange Infused Fords Gin, Campari, Red Vermouth and Cacao Bitters which will be available at both Discount Suit Company and The Umbrella Workshop throughout December. Discount Suit Company provides an underground haven below the busy streets of Shoreditch, providing the perfect pitstop to settle in for an evening of classically inspired Christmas cocktails, served to a soundtrack of Northern Soul and Vintage Rock n Roll.
Over at sister bar The Umbrella Workshop the team have also put a seasonal twist on an Old Fashioned to create the Gingerbread Irish Old Fashioned, made with Butter Washed Slane Irish Whiskey, Gingerbread Syrup, Angostura and Abbott’s Bitters. This East London bottle shop and bar offers visitors the chance to pop in and browse the selection of small batch spirits and wines whilst being guided through expert recommendations from the bartenders for both gifts and party ideas.
The two limited edition cocktails will be available to drink in the respective bars, and have also been bottled for purchase via The Umbrella Project website which offers worldwide delivery so that they can be enjoyed with friends and family at home.
