Four Nations Cocktails

Cheer on your country with one of Searcys limited edition Four Nations Cocktails – flying the flag for England is the Sparkling Brittania, an invigorating mix of Wild Idol Rose, Juniper and Saffron. Wales’ cocktail is the Welsh Gold – Cygnet, Orange, Lemon and Honey, whilst Scotland’s tipple of choice is the Highland Torch – Aberfeldy 12, Peach, Amaretto, Lemon and Sugar. Last but not least is a hearty spin on Irish coffee, the Irish Warm Up – Jameson, Hazelnut, Vanilla and Coffee are the perfect pairings for Ireland. Prices range from £14-£16 and are available at Searcys Champagne Bar and Brasserie at St Pancras and its Champagne Bar at Battersea Power Station.

St Pancras Afternoon Tea is Back

A historic British tradition with a classically Parisian twist, this limited-edition mouth-watering menu will include a happy marriage of the two nations culinary delights. From Suffolk Coronation chicken sandwiches to Croque Monsieur, there is a flavour for any taste. Battenberg cake, chocolate eclairs and lemon posset hit the sweet spot for desserts, and it can all be washed down with a glass of English Sparkling Wine for £49pp. Available from 26th July, Monday-Saturday from 12pm.  Prebooking required.
