Drunk Elephant ranks as the biggest skincare brand this year – with a total skincare score of 9/10.

Searches for Drunk Elephant garnered 5.9M total searches in March 2022 –  February 2023. The brand also has over 1.4 million followers on Instagram.

Celebs such as Hailey Bieber and Khloé Kardashian have shared their love for the brand and it’s products on social media and swear by the non-toxic formulas. Drunk Elephant is committed to creating products for all skin types and ages and have developed a trusted USP by creating formulas that are free of sensitizing ingredients such as silicones and perfumes.

CeraVe ranks as the second biggest skincare brand this year – with a total skincare score of 8.67/10.

Although there were almost 20 million more Google searches for CeraVe in the past 12 months, the search volume had only risen by 28%. 

A drugstore staple, CeraVe is loved by skincare enthusiasts across the globe. Stars such as Blake Lively and Emma Chamberlain swear by the brand’s SPF lotions and #1 dermatologically-approved cleansers.

Tatcha rounds off the top 3 biggest skincare brands of the year – with a total skincare score of 7.33/10.

Tatcha has 1.2 million followers on Instagram, but a relatively low engagement rate of just 0.16%.

This Japanese brand has freshly entered the UK market and is a firm favourite with big names such as Selena Gomez and Jennifer Aniston – Tatcha says that they promise to bring harmony from people’s skin to their soul, offering luxurious products such as their Liquid Silk Canvas primer.
