This November, COMO The Halkin in Belgravia invites diners to experience the soul of Tuscany without leaving London. For seven exclusive evenings, the hotel will host an extraordinary culinary residency from Michelin-starred Chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro, Executive Chef at La Torre at COMO Castello Del Nero in Tuscany.
From 6–8 and 11–14 November 2025, Chef Di Pirro will bring his distinctive Tuscan sensibility to the heart of Belgravia with Taste of COMO: Flavours of Tuscany — an immersive dining experience celebrating the ingredients, landscapes and traditions of his homeland.
Renowned for his refined yet authentic approach, Di Pirro’s cuisine embodies the essence of Tuscany: simple but sophisticated, rooted in provenance, and elevated by exceptional technique. His menus focus on the natural purity of each ingredient, transforming local and seasonal produce into elegant expressions of flavour and texture.
Guests can choose between an à la carte menu or an indulgent Chef’s Tasting Menu, each guided by the rhythm of the seasons. Signature highlights include honey-caramelised guinea fowl with celeriac and apple, Spaghetti with red prawns and Tuscan aglione, and a decadent Guanaja chocolate crémeux with miso-caramel ice cream — each dish a masterclass in balance and restraint, hallmarks of Di Pirro’s Michelin-starred artistry.
With dinner served from 6:30pm to 10:00pm, Taste of COMO: Flavours of Tuscany offers a rare opportunity to experience the craftsmanship of one of Italy’s most respected chefs in an intimate London setting.
