Just steps away from Hyde Park, modern British Brasserie, Park Corner Brasserie, invites guests to enjoy a variety of new fresh farm to table menus and activities this spring.
Overlooking London’s most famous park, the Brasserie has a stylish and sophisticated dining ambience, with decadent green decor and grand interiors. Accented by the lush green colour palette and hanging foliage, the newly refurbished space reflects the neighboring Hyde Park creating an open and opulent atmosphere.
Aside from their refined modern-British à la carte menu, Park Corner Brasserie are holding their monthly Spring Tasting Social series, hosted by the hotel’s award-winning Wine Director, Rudina Arapi, attendees can discover the art of perfect pairings while making lasting memories and uncovering new favorite combinations. April’s tasting social can be booked online at £65pp with a discretionary service charge of 13% applied to all bills.

The series will continue on May 7th from 6:30PM, where guests will experience a selection of cheeses perfectly paired with fine wines and enjoy the evening with like-minded food and wine enthusiasts exploring exceptional flavours in a sophisticated setting.
The public will be able to book for the next Spring Tasting Social for the 2nd June.

A wash rind cheese made with a unique salty water technique, paired with Chateau La Gardonne Rosé (Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Cinsault, Côtes de Provence, France). - Tunworth (Cow’s Milk, Medium Intensity)
A British-style Camembert, paired with Gerard Bertrand Chardonnay (Languedoc-Roussillon, France). - Ashlynn (Goat’s Milk, Rich)
An ancient cheese wrapped in vegetable ash, paired with Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough, New Zealand). - Lincolnshire Poacher (Cow’s Milk, Cheddar Style)

Additionally, Park Corner Brasserie is proud to unveil its newest afternoon tea offering, The Thirty-One Hundred Afternoon Tea, a sensory journey inspired by the 3,100 trees that grace London’s most iconic green space.
Named after Hyde Park’s towering tree population, The Thirty-One Hundred is a tribute to nature’s quiet grandeur and the timeless British tradition of afternoon tea, each element of the menu reflects the beauty and botanical charm of London’s most famous park, from the zesty Hyde Park Lemon Verbena tea, made with plants also found near Kensington Palace, to the floral sweetness of the Hibiscus-Soaked Victoria Sponge topped with Rose-Infused Chantilly.
Savour exquisite finger sandwiches such as the Burford Brown Egg & Truffle Mayonnaise, and the tender Roast Fillet of Grass-Fed Beef with Horseradish, followed by delicate pastries that echo a stroll through a spring garden. Traditional scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream round out this elegant feast.
Available from 12:00pm-5pm on Wednesday to Friday and 12:30pm-5:30pm on Saturday to Sunday and with a fabulous children’s menu and an innovative vegan menu, it’s the perfect for anyone who is looking for a quintessentially British day out.
