At some point in our lives, we meet with grief and loss. There can be a sense of so much finality in experiencing grief and navigating this process requires deep healing with an equal measure of both strength and tenderness. The truth is, whilst our Loved Ones may no longer physically be here, their love and spiritual presence remain with us.
You may have heard the Physics theory that energy doesn’t disappear, it simply changes to another form, and this is exactly what happens with our Loved Ones when they pass away. Their spirit crosses to another realm and whilst this may feel that they are far away, they can be just as close, sometimes even closer, when they transition to the other side.
As a Medium, I’ve seen many examples of how Loved Ones communicate, but I’ve also experienced this personally outside of my professional client work. As mentioned before, people’s energy transforms when they cross over, and this also applies to their ways of communication. My grandfather used to be a flight navigator and one morning I felt really lost and prayed to him for guidance.
Five minutes later, I walked out the door to head out and my neighbour had built a model plane and was painting it on the pavement just outside. The plane had the word ‘ascent’ on it. For me, it was an example of my grandad responding to my prayer about being lost and to keep my sights high and ascend. I also had a friend that passed, and sunflowers are a symbol from her memorial which I see nearly every day and quite often a car will drive past with her name on it just when I need to see it.
Connecting with Loved Ones can provide a welcome sense of comfort, closure, and guidance to remind us of their presence and how they are guiding us every step of the way in our journey of life. Sometimes, we just need to have some sense that someone is watching over us. When someone comes through during a reading or you are reminded of someone who passed, the person that is communicating with you may be exactly the person who would give the best advice for your current situation. Even after death, they are still present in our lives and want to help us. It’s simply a case of openness and faith.

Rosie offers private 30 minute or 60 minute 1:1 Mediumship appointments, both online and in person (in London). Rosie is available for international bookings, please note that in this instance times and prices may vary.

Monthly Mediumship
Monthly Mediumship is an online group event where people join for an evening to receive guidance and messages from their Loved Ones and Angels. There are 10 places available and every person attending receives a message.
Angel Circle
Angel Circle is monthly online meditation group where people join together for guided meditations and learn about Angels and how they can assist us. This space is for those who are looking to be part of a spiritual community, or simply to deepen your meditation practice, and cultivate peace.
