Under the direction of Executive Pastry Chef Vincent Zanardi, and crafted with the finest ingredients to make a perfectly balanced frangipane cream encased in buttery pastry, the Galette des Rois promises a taste experience that is both rich in tradition and unparalleled in flavour.
