“The Santa Aragostina” will launch on National Pizza Day (Sunday 9 February) and will be available to enjoy at Santa Maria’s Islington site only and The Seafood Bar in Soho for two weeks.
Priced at £20.00, this pizza pays homage to one of the nation’s favourite dishes with a seaside twist, featuring lobster-infused tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, fresh shallots, buttered lobster, prawns, grana cheese, thermidor sauce and fresh tarragon.
Located in the heart of Soho, The Seafood Bar has become a firm favourite with locals and tourists alike offering guests the freshest seafood, without the high price tag. For an authentic taste of Naples, Santa Maria is the go-to place for traditional Neapolitan pizza with their wood-fired ovens.

About The Seafood Bar:
The Seafood Bar was founded by the de Visscher family in 2012. Fons de Visscher spent 27 years honing his craft as a respected fishmonger in Helmond, a small city in the Netherlands, before setting up his new restaurant, with the help of his son and daughters, Pepiin, Eline and Fleur. So successful was the first venue in Amsterdam’s fashionable Oud Zuid neighbourhood, that more restaurants were opened soon after. The London venue opened in 2022. Every restaurant in the group embodies the de Visscher family passion for serving outstanding, sustainable seafood, paired with delectable wine. The Seafood Bar is MSC certified, working closely with suppliers to choose the best available fish to ensure live stocks are maintained.
About Santa Maria:
Founded in 2010, by Pasquale Chionchio and Angelo Ambrosio, Santa Maria has become a London institution, celebrated for serving the most authentic Neapolitan pizza outside of Naples.
