An exciting bar, dining and lounge experience in London’s very own Victoria, The Soak, is welcoming guests to indulge in curated dishes and unique cocktails this October, showcasing a new look and feel.
The new striking oval bar creates a centre piece of the space, which is framed by plush seating, beautiful artwork and shuttered windows – creating soft lighting, adding to the ambience and warmth of the venue.
When it comes to mixology, The Soak offers an extensive range of cocktails. To celebrate the opening, the venue has partnered with this year’s London Cocktail Week (13-23 October 2022) – one of the most exciting ways to discover the London bar scene. Guests will be able to visit The Soak and gain an insight into what’s to offer at the London location, with signature serves that taste as good as they look, such as ‘Very Dark’ – Sipsmith Sloe Gin, Crème de Mure, fresh blackberries, sealed with a dash of refreshing orange juice and topped with Champagne, ‘Bay Bramble’ – Chivas Regal whisky, bramble liqueur, lemon juice, and agave syrup and ‘Virgin Passion Fruit Martini’ – a light, fruity option with passion fruit, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, vanilla, and cloudy apple juice.
As part of The Soak’s unique new image, the venue has partnered with masters of Asian cuisine Ping Pong to offer delicately handcrafted, authentic Chinese dumplings, grilled beef gyoza and Shanghai chilli wontons. This compliments The Soak’s carefully-crafted menu, with statement dishes such as vegetarian tagliatelle, biriyani, and even the quintessentially British fish and chips, ensuring it suits the needs of all tastebuds.
Situated immediately next door to Victoria station, The Soak, also provides the perfect base to share all that London has to offer, with famous landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey on its doorstep.
With its beautiful arched windows and high ceilings, the impressive venue was opened as part of The Clermont hotel’s refurb in 2019, marking the beginning of a fresh vision for the group and providing a calming oasis to help guests make new memories, seven days a week.
