Sushi Daily is putting the taste in plant-based this January. With deliciously bright and colourful sushi, vegans and flexitarians alike can revolutionise their mealtimes with menu favourites. From Veggie Verde Maki for £3.95, a maki roll with a twist replacing traditional nori with rice paper, filled with crunchy cucumber, pickled carrot, fresh mint and coriander to hot food options like the Plant-based Beef Donburi for £6.95.
