Available from noon to 7pm, both the pub and upstairs bistro will showcase their signature roasts alongside an array of French-inspired starters and desserts offering a cross-continental experience.
Begin with a French flourish with starters including garden pea velouté or treacle cured salmon. The pièce de resistance offers selections from Scottish striploin beef to slow-roasted pork belly, free-range chicken, or roasted butternut kale and mushroom Wellington, each accompanied by generous helpings of roast staples on the side.
