Whether dining indoors or al fresco while enjoying the pleasant winter breezes, guests are invited to immerse themselves in an indulgent affair, savouring an array of delicacies, appetising bites, and sweet treats paired with tantalising beverages. The menu showcases an assortment of sensational sandwiches made with Kaspian Caviar, a supplier known for its commitment to quality and sustainability, which sources its products from the heart of Zhejiang province. The caviar-adorned delights include Lobster and Crayfish, comprising a toasted brioche bread, creme fraiche, radish, and caviar, the Egg Mayonnaise and Truffle in white toast with caviar, and the Smoked Salmon and Caviar Éclair topped with chive.

In addition to these gourmet delicacies, guests can relish a myriad of mouthwatering additional sandwiches, including the Goat Cheese Macarons filled with cranberry and chestnut, and the Open Wagyu Beef Sandwich with mushroom duxelle in brioche bread. To wash down these intriguing flavours, diners can choose from a set of aromatic teas and coffees, hot chocolate, or even some soft sparkling grape.

To end your meal on a sweet note, Chef Middle East, the one-stop solution for all your quality food and beverage requirements, and the partner of choice to deliver memorable culinary experiences, will impart the techniques needed for a 4-hands partnership with Chef Christopher of The Patisserie to create a range of delightful desserts using Valrhona chocolate. Alongside its Corporate Pastry Chef Amine, Chef Middle East will join Chef Christopher’s team at The Patisserie for 4 exclusive days between December 15th and January 7th, sharing their passion for Valrhona chocolate, exchanging innovative ideas, and interacting with guests.

The brand imagines the best of chocolate at every stage of its value chain to create a fair and sustainable cocoa industry. With its long-term relationships with producers, Valrhona’s continuous innovation is evident at every stage of the production process, including cultivation, fermentation, and drying.

With the creative twist of two talented chefs and the exquisite taste of Valrhona chocolate, prepare to satisfy your sweet cravings with a selection of enticing festive-themed desserts such as the Pistachio Streusel Christmas Ball, the Almond Sponge Christmas Tree, and the Choco Reindeer featuring an array of delightful flavours. Designed with finesse, each dish on the menu has been meticulously crafted to ensure every palate is catered to superbly.
