Birley Bakery is pleased to present a seasonal trio of Easter eggs joining the range of bread, pastries, cakes, chocolates, ice creams and spreads, as well as takeaway coffee, served on-site in the heart of bustling Chelsea Green. 

The bakery is a partnership between Robin Birley, owner and founder of private members’ clubs 5 Hertford Street and Oswald’s, and Executive Pastry Chef Vincent Zanardi, who has worked closely with Robin since 2012. Chocolate is a signature of Birley Bakery, which already offers produce including almond and popcorn dragées, fragrant ‘orangettes’ and a beautiful selection of chocolates made with homemade pralines, with such original flavours as matcha lemon, dark chocolate peanut and blonde chocolate dulce.

At the heart of the Birley Bakery creations are the ingredients which have been sourced with the utmost care from Vincent’s longstanding suppliers around the world, including the finest Swiss chocolate and vanilla from Tahiti, Piedmontese hazelnuts and Valencian almonds. 

The Golden Egg (Limited Edition)

A small Easter Egg made of our Birley reserve 80% dark chocolate, garnished inside with almond dragees, (candy-coated almonds), sitting on top of a dark Birley chocolate bar & finished with edible gold leaf.
