House of Louie, a new hospitality collective by Paris Society,  welcomes a new chapter to London’s dining scene, combining Japanese cuisine at Wani Tzuki, French dining at Louie and the vibrant Alligator Bar, all under one roof. Located in a historic 19th Century townhouse, House of Louie will reimagine dining and nightlife experiences across three distinct but interconnected floors. 

Located in London’s Covent Garden, guests will step into Wani Tzuki, an elevated izakaya restaurant with precision on every plate. Wani Tzuki, meaning Alligator Moon, will reinterpret Japanese dining through the lens of French-trained chefs, spotlighting Japanese ingredients, techniques, and cross-cultural influences. The menu celebrates the convivial spirit of izakaya dining, reimagined with craftsmanship and seasonality at its core. Designer Joanna Pera Duvocell has partnered the purity and restraint of Japanese aesthetics with the timeless conviviality of a traditional bistro through an interplay of materials, patterns and ambient lighting across the restaurant. 

At the heart of the building is Louie, the renowned French restaurant, reimagined. The chic French dining room is set to the backdrop of soulful jazz music and delicate interiors. French design duo Dion et Arles have utilised neutral tones and elevated antiques and interiors to reflect the new flavours, infectious beats, and new experience found at every step. Louie offers the ultimate destination to enjoy musical entertainment and culinary delights, infused with the French spirit. 

At the top of the house, discover The Alligator Bar, the iconic bar and terrace that buzzes with live entertainment and DJ sets. Featuring a hidden outdoor terrace to sip cocktails by day, and a gilded indoor space to dance at night, this will be an all-day destination perfect for memorable experiences. Complete with ever-evolving music programming and dynamic cocktail infusions, this is the ultimate vibrant bar and terrace, perfect for post-dinner drinks, sun-soaked lounging and starlit revelry.
