Mildreds, a powerhouse of plant-based dining with six restaurants across London, is welcoming the warmer months with a fresh, seasonal menu that champions the vibrancy of veggies with international flair.

From zesty salads to showstopping sharing plates, every dish is crafted to celebrate the very best of spring and summer ingredients. Whether you’re a long-time devotee of plant-based dining or simply looking to explore delicious, meat-free options, this menu promises something for everyone.

For those looking to explore the very best of Mildreds, the new Taste of Mildreds sharing menu for two or more offers a crowd-pleasing eight-strong selection of small plates inspired by diverse global cuisines. The menu, for £25 at lunch,  includes Red Pepper Romesco, a rich Catalan-style dip made from roasted peppers, tomatoes and almonds; Kimchi Gyoza, pan-fried dumplings filled with house-made kimchi, served with a sweet  and smoky gochugaru sesame dip; Kiri Hodi, a Sri Lankan coconut curry with sweet potato and green bean pilau, toasted cashew sev and pineapple pandan sambol; and Charred Aubergine Bharta – tomato & coriander smashed aubergine, topped with masala aubergines.

Seasonal Salads & Signature Mains

For those after something light, try standout seasonal salads like the Diosa Verde, a mix of peas, sugar snaps, broccoli and sweet potatoes in a creamy avocado-lime dressing and topped with charred corn, pine nut pepitas and candied jalapeños. From the Beet Carrot Sesame Soba, expect nutty buckwheat noodles tossed with sweet and earthy beetroot, cherry tomatoes, Thai basil and pomegranate finished with a miso-ginger dressing and sesame furikake.

For a heartier meal, the Souvlaki & Meze comes with charred oyster mushrooms and cabbage kebab with sour cherry harissa, pomegranate quinoa, soft herbs, tzatziki, tahini cream and an olive mix whilst the new Salsa Verde Burrito is a chorizo red rice burrito smothered in tomatillo sauce, and served alongside nopalito lime slaw, garlic cream and pico de gallo.

Desserts

No meal is complete without something sweet and the Chocolate on Chocolate on Chocolate delivers on every level. This indulgent five-layer chocolate ganache mousse cake is paired with chocolate ice cream, chocolate malt crumbs and a warm chocolate sauce.

Pair lunch or dinner with cocktails and mocktails such as the Lychee Rose Martini – a delicate blend of gin by Mildreds, lychee, rose, and citrus or the refreshing Jalapeño Cucumber Margarita made with jalapeño-infused El Tequileno blanco, Cointreau, cucumber liqueur, and citrus.
