Celebrity garden trends for 2025

Celebrity garden trends

Brits are being told of iconic celebrity garden trends that will be taking over in 2025.

Indoor-outdoor living experts at Pergolux UK have shared the luxury celebrity gardens we’ll all be inspired by this year.

From Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright’s luxuriously sleek pergola to Stacey Solomon’s multi-purpose greenhouse makeover, there are plenty of celebrity garden transformations we’ll be inspired by in 2025.

Outdoor living spaces are becoming increasingly popular and it’s encouraged more people to spend time turning their gardens into an outdoor escape.

Bright blooms, cosy seating areas and sleek designs are all trends we’re taking from our favourite celebrities as we go into the New Year.

Sam Stevens, garden expert at Pergolux UK, said: “In 2024 we saw a lot of celebrities embrace the outdoors and transforming their gardens.

“More people are embracing indoor-outdoor living which will be a big trend we’ll be seeing in 2025. People are looking to create spaces they can host and relax in and this can be done by creating comfy seating areas alongside patios and pergolas.

“Quiet luxury will also be popular in gardens with subtle, elegant and timeless designs taking centre stage. Jennifer Aniston’s Japanese garden is the perfect example of a space that embraces this.

“And thanks to David Beckham revealing that he enjoys gardening we’re sure we’ll be seeing a rise in people taking up the hobby and growing their own fruit and vegetables.”

Celebrity garden trends that will inspire 2025:

Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright’s pergola of dreams

Earlier this year, Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright reportedly splashed £30k on a sleek and stylish pergola in the garden of their Essex mansion. Providing a hub for hosting and a cosy place for relaxing, pergolas are set to become even more popular in 2025. We might not be splashing the same amount as Michelle and Mark on our pergola but we’ll definitely be investing in one as an extension of our home.

Stacey Solomon’s green house makeover

In the spring, Stacey Solomon decided to give her greenhouse at Pickle Cottage a makeover. She transformed the space into half greenhouse and half garden room to embrace that indoor-outdoor feeling and get more use from her space. She also gave the structure a fresh lick of black paint for a sleek look.

David Beckham’s wholesome vegetable patch

The former footballer shared his favourite pastime with us this year which surprised a lot of people. His £12million mansion in the Cotswold features a vegetable patch where Becks grows food including kale, spring onions, red cabbage and potatoes. Grow your own has been increasingly popular and we do not doubt that David’s influence will inspire more people to follow suit.

Jennifer Aniston’s Japanese garden

Designed by Marcello Villano, Jennifer’s Japanese-inspired garden is the perfect picture of peace and tranquility. Japanese gardens focus on a limited colour palette with bright foliage and flowers. Water is also an essential part of a Japanese garden and can help promote a relaxing atmosphere. This can be achieved through water features such as ponds, fountains and waterfalls.

Shirlie Kemp’s pink paradise

Shirlie and Martin Kemp have been renovating their Victorian home and their garden dining area is now filled with gorgeous bright pink hydrangeas. A pop of colour like this can turn any outdoor space into a relaxing summer haven which is why we think we’ll see an increase in people using brightly coloured flowers in their gardens in 2025.
