Bee’s Knees Twist

  • 30ml Beesou Honey Aperitif
  • 30ml Gin
  • 10 ml Acacia honey
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

METHOD:

  1. Shake all ingredients without ice until honey is mixed through
  2. Add ice and shake until chilled
  3. Strain into a martini glass
  4. Garnish with a sprig of Thyme
