Available every day from 5pm, find yourself seated in a First-Class railway ‘carriage’, beneath an original Victorian railway arch on the restaurant’s floating mezzanine. For family gatherings and special celebrations, the ‘carriage’ can be booked exclusively for up to 20 guests.

The small plate sharing menu is divided by railway zones in accordance with the Himsagar Express route. Chef Rakesh’s vibrant and subtly spiced dishes include Kovai shrimp pepper fry from the South with dishes such as Agra style lamb seek kebab with cucumber raita from central India. As your culinary journey takes you north, expect dishes of Old Delhi style butter chicken curry and Rohtak mutton masala with root vegetables.
