Ramen Yokocho collaborates with cult Japanese manga series NARUTO for an exclusive set menu
Iconic ramen spot Ramen Yokocho has collaborated with cult Japanese manga series NARUTO SHIPPUDEN to create an exciting set menu just in time for summer. Priced at £28, this exclusive two-course set menu includes dishes named after the main characters, designed coasters and enamel pins of their favourite manga ninja, with 4 designs to collect.
Championing 1970’s Tokyo, Ramen Yokocho invites guests to dine under a canopy of glowing lanterns, and nostalgic neon street signs representing the retro world of Tokyo. In keeping with this theme, Yokocho is proud to collaborate with NARUTO SHIPPUDEN, one of the bestselling Manga series of all time. It is available to watch on various streaming sites and TV channels. The show follows main character, Naruto a young ninja who seeks recognition from his peers and dreams of becoming Hokage, the leader of his village.
In celebration of this epic collaboration, Ramen Yokocho has released a two-course exclusive set menu available at both Heddon Street and Panton Street locations. Highlights of the menu include, a special recipe Char Sui Miso Ramen, beansprouts, extra BBQ pork belly, nitamago egg, nori, spring onion, extra naruto, menma bamboo shoots and umami special red ball or the Vegan Miso Ramen made up of spicy piri piri sauce, ganmo tofu, menma bamboo shoots, kikurage mushrooms, tenderstem broccoli, nori, umami special red ball. Also enjoy a Naruto cut out of nori seaweed on top of your special recipe miso ramen served in a specially designed NARUTO ramen bowl.
For dessert, diners can choose from Matcha Dorayaki & Vanilla ice cream, Adzuki Dorayaki & Matcha ice cream or Vegan mochi ice cream filled with Vegan miso chocolate & cookie dough all served over specially designed themed NARUTO SHIPPUDEN paper.
Standouts of the menu include the exclusive NARUTO drinks menu, named after everyone’s favourite characters! Choose from the Naruto drink made with fresh pineapple and orange juice and topped with strawberry syrup and maraschino cherry, the Sasuke drink, made with Ramune soda, topped with raspberry syrup and fresh lemon juice, the Sakura drink made with fresh lychee juice, topped with strawberry syrup and maraschino cherry, or the Kakashi drink, made with Ramune soda, green melon syrup, and topped with vanilla ice cream and edible character sticker garnish – all served on a NARUTO coaster and in the colour of their character.
