As Christmas shines brighter than ever across London this year, Sabine Rooftop Bar is sprinkling guests with a huge handful of Christmas cheer.

Stylish décor adorns this central 7th floor oasis and the talented bar team have curated a cosy Christmas cocktail to get any bah-humbug into the seasonal spirit. And if that wasn’t enough, the new winter menu is loaded with tasty small plates and spectacular cocktails.

This year, Sabine’s seasonal décor features an enchanted forest winter theme, complete with snow-capped winter foliage and cosy corners. It’s the complete woodland escape and the perfect backdrop for capturing picturesque moments. 

Whether you’re planning a cosy date night or secret Santa after-party with friends, Sabine’s exclusive Christmas cocktail will warm your cockles. A blend of Whitley Neill Gin Oriental Spice, Ginger, Homemade Jalapeno and Cinnamon and Cassia Cordials, Lemon, Egg White and bitters, will tickle tastebuds with a mix of signature Christmas spices.

A new addition to the winter menu, the Warm Kiss combines 24 Whistle Pig 15-Year-Old rye, cinnamon liquor orgeat syrup, orange and Angostura bitters smoked with cherry wood to make the perfect burst of sweet and spicy flavours.

For those looking for a comforting tipple, the Winter Warmer combines The Lost Explorer Espadin Mezcal, Muyu Premium Chinotto Liquor, homemade oleo saccarum and citric solution and is topped with Italicus foam. And for a delicious and decadent concoction of flavours, Fenchurch Sparkle is a fusion of  HennessyVS, allspice and orange homemade shrub, lemon juice topped with Pommery Brut Champagne.

Sabine has also introduced a range of dishes including Tandoori Prawn skewer with mint chutney and Asian slaw, delicious cheesy mac ‘n’ cheese bon bons with truffle mayo, Lebanese chicken with roast biber peppers, flat bread & tamarind yogurt and much more. The smoked salmon tartare, pickled shallot, capers, yuzu and nori cracker is a favourite, along with lobster roll with lemon mayonnaise. Another favourite is the baked Camembert with a side of crunchy crackers, a warm and gooey treat for the table. A never-ending menu of winter warmers, perfect for sharing!
