Pita Roll with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 thin pita.
  • Melted cheese (choose your favorite).
  • Ham.
  • 200 gr. hard cheese.
  • 1 cucumber.

Recipe:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients: cut the ham into thin slices (about 2-3 mm), slice the cucumber, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Lay out a sheet of pita. Smear it evenly with melted cheese.
  3. Arrange ham slices all around the perimeter of the pita, leaving 1-2 cm from each edge.
  4. Place the cucumbers on the first row of ham from either edge. Place directly in the middle of each ham slice.
  5. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the cucumbers.
  6. Start wrapping the roll from the row of cucumbers and cheese. Try to roll as tightly as possible so that there isn’t much space between the layers.
  7. Cut the roll into small pieces.

Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs.
  • 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 2-3 dill sprigs.
  • A pinch of ground pepper.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 200 gr. hard cheese.

Recipe:

  1. Take a saucepan and put 10 eggs in it. Cook for 7-10 minutes on medium heat until boiling. Once boiling, cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat. Drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs for 5 minutes.
  2. Wash the dill and chop it finely.
  3. Peel the garlic and mince it in a garlic press.
  4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, divide the resulting into 2 parts.
  5. Peel the shells off the cooled eggs. Cut each egg in half and then carefully remove the yolks.
  6. Transfer the yolks to a deep bowl, crush them with a fork to fine crumbs. Add garlic, dill, 1 part of grated cheese, and 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise to them and mix thoroughly.
  7. In the resulting stuffing, add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Move on to stuffing! Arrange the halves of the eggs on a flat plate, and fill them with stuffing. You can sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.

Canapés on Skewers

Ingredients:

  • Square sandwich bread.
  • 7 quail eggs.
  • 200 gr. hard cheese.
  • 7 cherry tomatoes.
  • Skewers.

Recipe:

  1. Take a saucepan and put 7 quail eggs in it. Cook on medium heat until boiling. After boiling, cook for another 4 minutes on low heat. Drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs for 5 minutes.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  3. Cut the crust off each slice of bread and then cut them into small squares. To figure out what size squares you need, focus on the size of the cherry halves. It’s important that the cherry half fits on that slice of bread.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  5. Cut the cheese into small squares, focusing on the size of the rest of the ingredients. They should all be in proportion to each other.
  6. Thread the ingredients onto the skewer in this order: half a hard-boiled quail egg, cheese, cherry tomatoes, and bread.
