What’s On at St Pancras Brasserie & Champagne Bar

As sports season sweeps across the world once more, St Pancras Brasserie & Champagne Bar by Searcys has a plethora of ways to cheer on your country.

Even if you can’t travel to Europe to support your team, there are plenty of ways to feel a part of the action with Searcys.

Taste of English Sparkling Wine

Searcys captures that patriotic feeling, as Head of Champagne, Martin Dibben brings together five of the best English Sparkling Wines.

The five tasters include:

  • Chapel Down Rose Reserve 2020 – crisp, fresh and elegant and recently voted one of the Top 50 wines in the world at the Decanter World Wine Awards
  • Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2019 – classic Chardonnay aromas combined with buttered toast and Tarte Tatin richness
  • Bolney Estate Blanc de Blancs 2021 – dazzling single vintage
  • Silver Reign Rose – notes of wild strawberries and ripe summer fruits
  • Louis Pommery, Hampshire, NV – Elegance, finesse and texture – a newly launched English Sparkling wine from the House of Pommery

Available at Searcys St Pancras and Searcys Champagne Bat at Battersea Power Station from 19th July.

Four Nations Cocktails

Cheer on your country with one of Searcys limited edition Four Nations Cocktails – flying the flag for England is the Sparkling Brittania, an invigorating mix of Wild Idol Rose, Juniper and Saffron. Wales’ cocktail is the Welsh Gold – Cygnet, Orange, Lemon and Honey, whilst Scotland’s tipple of choice is the Highland Torch – Aberfeldy 12, Peach, Amaretto, Lemon and Sugar. Last but not least is a hearty spin on Irish coffee, the Irish Warm Up – Jameson, Hazelnut, Vanilla and Coffee are the perfect pairings for Ireland. Prices range from £14-£16 and are available at Searcys Champagne Bar and Brasserie at St Pancras and its Champagne Bar at Battersea Power Station.

St Pancras Afternoon Tea is Back

A historic British tradition with a classically Parisian twist, this limited-edition mouth-watering menu will include a happy marriage of the two nations culinary delights. From Suffolk Coronation chicken sandwiches to Croque Monsieur, there is a flavour for any taste. Battenberg cake, chocolate eclairs and lemon posset hit the sweet spot for desserts, and it can all be washed down with a glass of English Sparkling Wine for £49pp. Available from 26th July, Monday-Saturday from 12pm.  Prebooking required.
