Wimbledon season is fast approaching, and Saison by Mauro Colagreco is celebrating this year’s tournament with its new Courtside Menu – a selection of dishes inspired by the championships, giving best-loved British summertime ingredients a French Riviera twist – available from 1st July-14th July

In the spectacular dining room which channels a Mediterranean courtyard, the à la carte menu will begin with starters such as Isle of Wight Tomato Salad, or a luxurious portion of Sturia Caviar, served with organic crème fraiche, shallots and Cacklebean egg, atop chive ‘grass’. Mains include Goat Cheese Ravioli, in green and purple Wimbledon colours, with Slipcote cheese, lemon and tarragon butter. 

Strawberries will then take centre stage in two desserts: an indulgent Millefeuille with Myatt Farm strawberries, caramelised puff pastry and limeand Pavlova with strawberry sorbet, meringue and verbena. 

To pair with the menu, the restaurant will offer a selection of wines exclusively from English vineyards, and summer cocktails including the Raffles Cup, madewithSipsmith London Cup, aker rose, aperitif, rhubarb bitters and lemonade.  

Saison has been brought to Raffles London by globally acclaimed chef Mauro Colagreco, whose French coastal restaurant Mirazur was listed at No.1 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants List in 2019.
