Castlerock Beach, located near the resort of Castlerock, spans 1 km between the sea cliffs of Downhill and the Barmouth estuary. In 2020, it was awarded the Seaside Award. The beach is surrounded by dunes, home to the Castlerock Golf Club. Four new boardwalks through the dunes provide great accessibility for all families as well as The eastern portion of the beach allows year-round car access, making it a great spot for visitors to easily access to relax and enjoy stunning views of the North Coast while exploring the natural beauty of the area.
