Saint Lucia’s Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa Unveils New Ways to Stay, Dine and Wed Amidst Multi-Million Dollar Upgrade
Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa, Saint Lucia’s most popular premium all-inclusive, has revealed a multi-million-dollar renovation project, resulting in guest room transformations, new dining experiences, wedding venues and spa facilities, elevating the guest experience across the resort.
Revamped Rooms
As part of a two-year renovation project, rooms in the resort’s adults-only Harmony Wing have been fully refurbished. The new design is a fresh take on beachfront living, with a clean and comfortable aesthetic implemented throughout. Updates include new bathrooms, colour schemes and soft furnishings, perfectly reflecting the vibrancy of Coconut Bay and its verdant surroundings.
Relaxation Reimagined
Coconut Bay’s oceanfront Sanctuary Spa has undergone a complete renovation, including a transformation of its treatment rooms and steam rooms, along with a new outdoor relaxation deck and six new oceanfront spa cabanas. Complementing the new-look wellness destination, the resort has launched a new menu of treatments, inspiring a personal journey towards replenishment, invigoration and relaxation. The lineup of organic therapies includes a Chocolate ‘Cocoa Tea’ Sugar Scrub using Saint Lucian chocolate, and an Aloe Vera Wrap incorporating Coconut Bay’s own just-harvested aloe vera.
Continuing the journey of relaxation, the resort has introduced 11 new oceanfront beach cabanas, offering tranquil seclusion just steps from the lapping waves of the Caribbean Sea.
Plant-Based Delights
New for 2025, new a la carte vegetarian and vegan restaurant, Seasons Veggie Bistro, serves nutritious vegetable-based dishes, from a light quinoa tabbouleh salad to hearty entrees such as vegetable lasagne and tofu pad thai, with over 95% of the menu coming from locally sourced produce. The restaurant seats up to 50 guests and is primely located for hosting receptions and group events.
Weddings on the Edge
Known as one of the island’s standout wedding destinations, Coconut Bay has upgraded its Eternity Beach wedding venue with a new deck to replace the existing sand aisle. The result is a breathtaking infinity edge backdrop, the first of its kind on the island, setting the scene for truly unique and unforgettable ceremonies.
