Overlooking the crystal blue Aegean seas, Hillside Beach Club in Fethiye, Turkey proudly presents its line-up for the second Feel Good Week for 2023, offering travellers a chance to reset, relax and revive their mind, body and soul. Guests will be immersed in a variety of educational health, fitness, nutrition and wellness classes complimentary to every guest at the resort, led by influential wellness experts from around the world. From the 8th-15th of October, guests can elevate their wellbeing and gain knowledge on how to incorporate these healthy habits into their day-to-day lives, with the ethos of “feeling good” at the centre of all activities and experiences. 

There will be a plethora of wellbeing experiences on offer with something for everyone, including healthy eating workshops with the UK’s leading nutrition expert Clarissa Lenherr, fitness classes with Club Five founder Talilla Henchoz and other activities on offer including yoga, sound healing, meditation and even ice bathing and candle making. 

Below are just a few October Feel Good Week treats for guests to look forward to: 

Feel Good Food 

One of the UK’s leading nutrition experts with a practice on the famous Harley Street in London, Clarissa Lenherr will host two workshops at Hillside Beach Club including a Good Mood Food Workshop and a Mindfulness Chocolate Masterclass. Guests can discover the transformative power of Good Mood Food by joining Clarissa on an enlightening nutrition journey to boost their mood and health, as they’re invited to explore the link between nutrition, mental health, and gut wellbeing. Guests looking to further revolutionise their relationship with food can join Clarissa’s Mindful Eating Chocolate Masterclass for a sensory journey. Through learning the history, art, and practice of mindful eating, guests can enjoy a series of guided exercises that will elevate their chocolate enjoyment, help guests make healthier choices, and savour every bite.

Fuel your Fitness

Founder of fitness platform Club Five and advocate for making fitness accessible to all through real-time workouts that can be accessible from anywhere, Talilla Henchoz will present two days of HIT classes for guests, empowering them to take control of their fitness journey. Offering guests the simplest ways to achieve the most effective workouts, guests can train with Talilla in real time leaving guests to feel energised, and motivated, alongside an increased understanding of the benefits of exercise. Guests can join Talilla in celebrating the incredible things their minds and bodies can achieve.

Find your Centre

Join Yogi Zeyneb Urus as she offers guests a chance to slow down, embrace their surroundings and connect with nature through the art of yoga. Providing the tools to teach yogis to be more intentional with their thoughts and awaken their truth, guests can learn to connect with themselves on a journey of love, peace and joy – discovering self-love along the way. 

Soundala Serenity

Visitors can awaken the senses with a guided meditation and somatic experience with Sound Healing Therapists Rida Kiraşı and Natalie Garih. Guests are invited to enjoy “Soundala Therapy” through a unique and therapeutic healing experience of sounds and vibrations creating feelings of bliss and harmony, perfectly complimented by the tranquil surroundings of Hillside Beach Club‘s adults-only Silent Beach or the lapping waves on board Hillside’s boat. 

Elevate your Senses

Turkish-based beauty brand Neobloom will offer an immersive experience teaching the healing power of our senses and how scents can impact wellbeing. With the association of scents with memory, stress and stimulation, guests can learn how different fragrances can affect their mood and how to overcome difficult moods with the help of scents.

Colour your Calm

Those looking to bring out their inner artist can foster emotional healing, self-exploration, and personal growth through Art Therapy with Selin Basmaci Habip. Guests can learn how to communicate non-verbally in an accepting environment and gain knowledge on how to self-express, meditate and relax, all encouraged through the power of art. 

Chill Out

Offering the ever-popular Ice Bathing experience, guests can challenge themselves to this physical and psychological recovery exercise that can help reduce inflammation, improve sleep and train the mind to be more resilient. 

Other wellness workshops that will be on offer for the rest of this week include candle making, microformer sessions and Yin Yoga. Guests can pick and choose as they please from a range of incredible classes and workshops to craft their own “Feel Good Week” itinerary whilst in the beautiful beachside setting of Hillside Beach Club.
