Slick Events, in collaboration with BCP Council, is proud to announce the launch of Bayside Restaurant Bar & Grill on Bournemouth Beach for one month only!

Bayside is a unique pop-up restaurant that will open its doors on August 1 until the 30, making the most of the summer’s longer days and sunsets across the beach. 

The charming wooden-framed marquee with decking on the sea-facing side will be located between Bournemouth and Boscombe piers, boasts stunning views of the south coast. What better way to enjoy your summer! 

Under the direction of Bridport-born Chef Gideon Hitchin who says, “it’s going to be a beautiful place to come and relax; wine and dine your loved ones with your feet right in the sand.” 

Chef Gideon has prepared a contemporary food menu sourced locally. An array of enticing freshly caught seafood dishes is on offer at Bayside with highlights including Portland pearl oysters and the finest local lobster. Not to mention the Westcountry’s highest quality ribeye steak for those who favour a quality meat dish. 

A varying specials menu will also be offered at Bayside during evening service which shall include fresh catches of the day. Additionally, vegetarian and vegan options are available across all menus. 

A tempting selection of wines sourced from local merchants Templar Wines will be introduced to Bayside to compliment the food. 

It’s not just evening meals on offer; Bayside opens its doors every day of the week from 10am serving everything from cooked breakfast and Cream Tea to a bite to eat for lunch, accompanied by a cocktail!
