Champagne lovers can look forward to a unique and exclusive experience, courtesy of Dom Pérignon. Available exclusively by the glass, choose from three different vintages, including a Rosé 2006, each paired with exceptional canapés to enhance each champagne sip. Exquisite savoury choices include hand dived scallop with Oscietra caviar and peach carpaccio, and grilled octopus on a rose water tapioca cracker. Sweet creations include a passion fruit tartlet with caramelised banana and Jivara chocolate and raspberry choux. Pick your perfect vintage and accompaniment or upgrade to the luxe Dom Pérignon Flight and experience all three vintages with a selection of complementing canapés.

In addition, On The Terrace offers an à la carte menu, perfect for al fresco dining, featuring light and summery dishes such as fresh-from-the-grill lobster, jumbo prawns and wagyu burgers whilst cocktail connoisseurs should peruse Bar Manager, Ivan Arena’s seasonal summer cocktail list.

Also new for summer is the Park Lane Parlour pop-up dispensing refreshing iced tea in flavours ranging from The Rose (rosebuds infused, lemon juice and sugar syrup) and Lavender Field (lemongrass, ginger and lavender infused, seed lip and elderflower cordial). It will also serve elevated ice cream sandwiches to eat al fresco or on-the-go whilst exploring the city or back at your desk. Created by the hotel’s exceptional Executive Pastry Chef, Yam Lok Hin, choose from varieties including Chocolate Cookie with coffee ice cream, White Chocolate Cookie with strawberry ice cream and the Matcha Cookie filled with Earl grey ice cream.

What’s more, to celebrate Wimbledon, the Park Lane Parlour will also be serving up a smashing homage to the tournament in early July with a tennis ball dessert crafted from vanilla mousse, strawberry jelly and green tea biscuit.
