For those who enjoy unearthedⓇ Torchon Ham, the authentic and succulent ham cooked the French “torchon” way, has been infused with herbs from Provence; a combination of fennel, marjoram, rosemary, tarragon, and thyme.
Torchon in French means ‘cloth’, and the product’s namesake refers to the traditional method of cooking; sliced from selected cuts, wrapped in cloth and braised to create a ham that’s both sweet and salty.
