Some of the influencers jumping on the pickle bandwagon:

It’s not just socials that have people going pickle mad either. DELLI, the independent food and drink seller, has noticed a considerable spike in interest for pickle-based drink additions, “Pickles and ferments have been trending on DELLI since day one. At the start, they made up a huge part of our first DELLI makers and we wonder where we’d be without them. What we’re noticing today is a growing trend towards spicy and tangy drinks, too, with the interest for briny Bloody Marys, Picantes and martinis growing daily.”
Dill pickle-flavored snacks have also been popping up everywhere, and the trend is only getting bigger. Yelp’s 2023 Food Trends report said internet searches for pickle-flavored foods were up 55% last year, and Datassential’s FoodBytes trend report said dill pickle fits into the nostalgic flavor category that consumers are craving in 2024.*
