The Mutton At Hazeley Heath to whisk diners away on a five-course Italian adventure
The Mutton at Hazeley Heath will be taking guests on a sun-kissed adventure with its exclusive Taste of Italy dinner on Thursday, 10th April. The five-course menu, which has been thoughtfully curated by Head Chef Rob Boer, will take you on a journey across the flavours of the Italian peninsula.
Your evening will commence in Tuscany with the region’s most famous dish, Panzanella. Expect plenty of crusty bread, juicy tomatoes and a tangy dressing to whet your appetite for the evening ahead.
Next, it’s up to the northern region of Piedmont where you’ll be tucking into an indulgently rich Truffle Risotto served with whipped Tunworth cheese. Then you’ll be heading across the country to the eastern regions of Emilia-Romagna and Veneto for a warming bowl of Ricotta Tortellini tossed in beurre noisette before tucking into herby roasted chicken served with parmesan gnocchi and mushrooms.
Of course, no trip to Italy is complete without enjoying several slices of tiramisu and the tour will wrap up with Rob’s very own ice cream version. Oozing with coffee, sweet mascarpone and cocoa powder, the beloved dessert is a classic for a reason and there’s no better way to round off the evening.
