The Biltmore Mayfair is delighted to announce the opening of its summer terrace with a bottomless bubbles brunch for only £65pp in partnership with Veuve Clicquot, plus a new spa partnership with Omorovicza’s Mayfair Institute.

Located in the heart of London’s most exclusive shopping districts, The Biltmore will now be the perfect place to shop till you drop then rejuvenate.  

Bottomless Bubbles at The Summer Terrace:  

Nestled in the heart of Mayfair, the Summer Terrace offers guests limitless flowing Veuve Clicquot champagne and an exquisite menu crafted by Executive Chef Luis Campos, all designed to complement the al fresco experience. 

The brunch experience will be priced at £55 per person without champagne, or £65 per person for free flowing “bottomless” champagne for 90 minutes. This menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm – 4pm. 

Poached egg and avocado on sourdough is elevated with scallion pesto and a sweet and sour yuzu dressing. Coconut pancakes are accompanied with wild berries and jam, matcha green tea cream, thai bail and maple syrup. Guests preferring a traditional lunch will delight in the whole corn-fed chicken, beef rib eye or braised lamb leg roasts on offer, whilst a grilled fish of the day is the perfect accompaniment to summer sunshine.  

Revitalising Spa Break:  

Thanks to its central location The Biltmore’s guests can enjoy a day out shopping near famed Bond Street and Mount Street, then take a much needed, revitalising break enjoying their skin therapy session at The Omorovicza Mayfair Institute thanks to The Biltmore’s new Serenity Spa Experience including breakfast and spa treatments. The spa brings the healing waters of Budapest and the therapeutic touch of Hungarian facial massage to the heart of the UK’s beauty and wellness landscape. 

Choosing from the brand’s vast library of products and ingredients, expert Skin Therapists will diagnose each guest’s skin and design a personalised experience based on their skin’s needs in that moment, with reference to how their skin responds and their ultimate skin goal. 

Returning rejuvenated to the hotel, just a 2-minute stroll from the spa, guests can explore a meticulously curated selection of the finest wines and spirits at The Pine Bar. Expert mixologists will take guests on a journey back in time with vintage cocktail selections like the Biltmore Rye Manhattan from the 1960s, blending Biltmore Rye 1920s with Cinzano Vermouth 1960s.  

Now suitably relaxed, guests can enjoy dinner in Grill 88. Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Luis Campos, Grill 88 offers a menu that reflects a fusion of global influences, showcasing the finest meats and wines. From the decadence of bone marrow to the exquisite flavours of wagyu beef and lobster, each dish is crafted to perfection, promising an unforgettable dining journey.  

The Serenity Spa Experience starts from £850 per night in a Deluxe Room with breakfast and spa treatments for two adults.
