This summer, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW unites two of its popular fruity flavours to create the MIXED SUMMER JAR. Combining B-PASSION FRUIT and MELLOW YELLOW LÆMON, the mixed jar of chocolate coated liquorice treats offers the sweet and refreshing taste that we long for on a warm summer’s day. LÆMON – MELLOW YELLOW – Enjoy a unique combination of salty liquorice and one of nature’s freshest fruits: lemon. The liquorice core is swirled in luscious white chocolate, cream, and vanilla, to ensure the perfect balance between sweetness, sourness, and saltiness. In 2021, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW held a competition giving one lucky winner the chance to create their ultimate dream taste. The combination of lemon and liquorice is therefore inspired by the winner’s suggestion, lemon custard!
B-PASSION FRUIT – The sweet liquorice is coated in a generous layer of white chocolate and passion fruit. The acidity of the passion fruit is blended with the sweetness of the chocolate to create the perfect bite. The sweet and sour liquorice treats are then finished with a delicate crunchy sugar shell.

The first confectionery company in the world to do so, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has been using jars in 100% recycled plastic since 2019. Still producing all liquorice products in Copenhagen, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is proud to announce that since 2020, the factory has run on 100% green energy.
