At Bava Restaurant experience the tempting culinary adventure created by renowned Michelin-star Chef Theodor Falser, whose career has taken him to kitchens around the world. Summer dishes will reflect the bounty of the Adriatic Sea, with tuna, lobster, and prawns, as well as distinctively Italian arrays of meat and vegan dishes with a twist. Fresh summer fruits feature in the light and delicate desserts.

Chef Falser is the son of a sixth-generation winemaker and is an award-winning chef with more than 36 years of dedicated experience. He has worked for luxury hotel groups outside Europe for 14 years – from the Maldives to Shanghai and Turkey – opening 24 restaurants and four hotels and developing an extensive hospitality network.
The five-star Hotel Bellevue is a centrepiece of the suite of properties from the Lošinj Hotels & Villas group that defines the ‘Healing Island’ of Lošinj.
